VNSA USED BOOK SALE SCHEDULE
The 68th Annual VNSA Used Book Sale will be held Feb. 15-16, 2025 at the Arizona State Fairgrounds, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Because VNSA wants everyone to have an equal opportunity to purchase books at the sale, we do NOT provide a Preview Sale to the public. There is no admission fee (although the State Fairgrounds charges a parking fee), and entry to the sale is “first come, first served.”
LOCATION
Arizona State Fairgrounds, Ag Center Building
1826 West McDowell
Phoenix, AZ 85007
ADMISSION & PARKING
Admission to the VNSA Book Sale is free. Please be aware that the Arizona State Fairgrounds charges a parking fee that supports the Fairgrounds. VNSA does not receive any money from parking fees.
For information on parking fees charged by the Fairgrounds, or other information on the Fairgrounds, consult with the Arizona State Fair and Exposition at www.azstatefair.com or call 602-252-6771.
No food, pets, or weapons are permitted in the VNSA Book Sale.
LINING UP/CAMPING OUT BEFORE THE SALE
On both days of the sale the Fairgrounds will open the gates at 5 a.m. There will be no overnight camping allowed in the parking lot. This is a Fairgrounds decision, as VNSA does not rent nor have any control over the parking lot. VNSA also does not benefit from the parking fees charged by the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
Please do not plan to camp out in line the night before.

WHAT WE ASK OF SHOPPERS
For everyone’s safety, shoppers are not permitted to run when entering the sale or moving around the buildings.
Unattended boxes or carts will be resorted and restocked.
Cart contents can be processed at the secure Large Purchase area while shoppers continue to shop. All items left in Large Purchase must be paid for and removed by the closing time of that day.
Electronic scanners may be used at book tables only; books may not be scooped up and removed from tables for scanning.
Patrons must pay for purchases in the Rare and Unusual and Sets Categories in the respective area before re-entering the main part of the building.
VNSA does not carry books forward to the next year’s sale, except for specific, Rare and Unusual books. Books remaining after each sale are then sold to a bulk purchaser.
Read the Book Sale policies and procedures concerning early entrance and more.
